Perry Middle's 2021 Teacher of the Year

The 2017-2018 school year was my return to the classroom after a 5 year hiatus. My teaching career started at Crawford County Middle School in the fall of 1999. By the fall of 2000, I had made my way to Perry Middle School where I taught 7th grade Language Arts and Social Studies and coached Basketball and Softball. I left Perry Middle in 2006 headed for South Carolina where I taught for 3 years. From there, we headed west to Arizona. I taught there for 3 years as well. Then it was off again…to Massachusetts. I worked as an instructor at the School Age Program on Hanscom Air Force Base. Prior to coming back to Perry Middle School, I was the Project Manager at STARBASE Robins. My fondest memories of teaching will always be right here at Perry Middle School. I am looking forward to many more great years here at Perry Middle School. Just can’t hide my Panther Pride!
