Before becoming a teacher, Mrs.Washington was a soldier in the US Army.  She served her country for 21 years retiring as a First Sergeant.  After retirement, she attended Walden University earning a MAT in Special Education.  Mrs. Washington has been a teacher at Perry Middle School since 2017. Prior to that she taught one year at Mossy Creek Middle School and three years at Central High School.
