Experience
I am beginning my sixth year teaching and this will be my fifth year at Perry Middle School. Prior to teaching at Perry Middle School, I taught my first year in Bibb County Schools.
I am a graduate of the Houston County School System and I am happy to teach in the school system I received my own education in. After graduating from Houston County High School, I attended Mississippi State University, graduating in 2017. Following my college graduation, I worked at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida before returning to Georgia to begin my teaching career.
During my time at Perry Middle School, I have taught 8th Grade Social Studies and Gifted 8th Grade Social Studies. I also currently coach the Competition Cheerleading Squad and have done so since the 2021-2022 school year.
